Terms of service

LotTrace provides software for Shopify merchants to record and inspect inventory lot, batch, expiry, allocation, and recall information. The merchant remains responsible for the accuracy of records and for regulatory decisions affecting its products.

Acceptable use

You must use LotTrace only for lawful business operations and must keep Shopify credentials and staff access secure. You must not use the service to interfere with Shopify, other merchants, or third parties.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but the service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, or platform dependency reasons.
